Quick answer: The Destiny Mastercard is still offered in the US (October 2026). It is issued by The Bank of Missouri and serviced by Concora Credit Inc. To log in, register or pay your bill online, use Concora Credit’s account portal. The old login address, destiny.myfinanceservice.com, now redirects to concoracredit.myfinanceservice.com. For payments by phone or mail, use the phone number on the back of your card and the payment address on your monthly statement.

Update: who runs the Destiny Mastercard now

This guide is for US cardholders. An earlier version said the card was issued by First Electronic Bank and marketed by Genesis FS Card Services. It also listed specific phone numbers, a payment address in Columbus, Georgia, and fees such as a 35.9% cash advance APR. The servicer’s own website now names The Bank of Missouri as the issuing bank and Concora Credit Inc. as the servicer. Some of Concora’s account notices still use the name Genesis FS Card Services.

We could not confirm the old phone numbers, mailing address or fees for October 2026, so we have removed them rather than risk sending your payment or personal details to the wrong place. Always use the contact details printed on your card, your latest statement or the official portal.

What the Destiny Mastercard is

The Destiny Mastercard is an unsecured credit card for people building or rebuilding credit. Concora Credit’s website describes it as designed for people with a challenging credit history. The card features Concora highlights include:

  • no security deposit needed;
  • payment activity reported to all three major credit bureaus;
  • acceptance online, in stores and in apps wherever Mastercard is accepted in the US.

The annual fee, APR, credit limit and other charges depend on the offer you receive. They are listed in your cardholder agreement, which you can view in the account portal. Before you apply or accept an offer, read the agreement carefully. Cards for people with fair or poor credit often carry higher costs than mainstream cards. The US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) also publishes card issuers’ agreements in its Credit Card Agreement Database.

How to log in to your Destiny Mastercard account

  1. Open your browser or phone and go to Concora Credit’s account portal (concoracredit.myfinanceservice.com). The old destiny.myfinanceservice.com address redirects there.
  2. Choose the option to log in.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Select log in to reach your account dashboard. From there you can view statements, make or schedule payments and update your contact details.

Type the address yourself or use a bookmark. Do not follow login links in unexpected emails or text messages, because fake login pages are a common way to steal card details.

How to register your Destiny card online

  1. Go to the account portal and choose “Register Your Account”.
  2. Enter the identity details the form asks for. These include your 16-digit card number, last name, ZIP code, date of birth and Social Security number.
  3. Follow the prompts to create a username and password.

Forgot your username or password?

  1. On the portal’s login page, select “Forgot your Username or Password?”.
  2. Enter the identifying details requested, such as your account number and personal information.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to recover your username or set a new password.

If you still cannot get in, call the customer service number on the back of your card.

How to make a Destiny credit card payment

  • Online: log in, go to the payment section, choose the bank account to pay from, and enter the amount and date. You can also enrol in Autopay to schedule recurring monthly payments. According to the portal’s payment terms, you can cancel a scheduled online payment only before 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the scheduled payment date.
  • By phone: call the customer service number on the back of your card or on your statement, and follow the prompts. Keep your card number and bank account details ready.
  • By mail: send a check or money order with the payment coupon from your statement to the payment address printed on that statement. Write your account number on the payment, and post it early enough to arrive before the due date.

To avoid late fees and damage to your credit history, pay at least the minimum payment due by the due date each month. Paying more than the minimum reduces the interest you pay.

When will my payment post?

Posting times depend on how and when you pay. The earlier version of this article quoted a 5 p.m. Pacific Time cut-off for same-day credit, which we could not verify. Check the payment terms in the portal or on your statement for the current cut-off.

Lost or stolen Destiny card

If your card is lost or stolen, call the customer service number on your statement or in the portal right away and ask for the card to be blocked and replaced. Check recent transactions and report any you did not make. Reporting quickly limits the chance of being held responsible for unauthorised charges.

Other account tasks

  • Check your balance: log in to the portal, or call the number on the back of your card.
  • Check an application status: the portal menu may include a “Check Your Application Status” option. If it does not, call customer service.
  • View your agreement: use the “View Agreements” option in the portal.
  • Close the account: call customer service and pay off any balance. Closing a card can affect your credit utilisation and credit score, so consider the timing.
