Quick answer: As of October 2026, CRM systems with official Android apps on Google Play include HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Salesflare, Bitrix24, Kommo (formerly amoCRM), Zendesk Sell, EngageBay, Thryv, servis.ai (formerly FreeAgent CRM), SalesNOW and Focus CRM from Focus Softnet (which now runs CentraHub). Choose a CRM whose Android app your team will actually use on the road, with offline access, calling and messaging that fit how your customers contact you, and check when the app was last updated.

Android CRM Software

Customer relationship management (CRM) software stores your contacts, deals, conversations and tasks in one place so nothing falls through the cracks. For sales reps, field teams and owners who spend their day away from a desk, the mobile app matters as much as the web version: they need to log a call, update a deal or check a customer’s history in seconds from an Android phone.

We first published this list as “Top 15 Android CRM Software”. When we checked each product in October 2026, we confirmed the CRM on the vendor’s website and its Android app on Google Play. Twelve passed both checks. One product’s website now belongs to a different business, one CRM has deliberately chosen not to offer an app, and for one we could not find an Android app on Google Play. Details are below.

How to choose an Android CRM

  • Test the app, not just the website. Install the Android app during the free trial and try your daily tasks: adding a lead, logging a call, updating a deal and finding a contact.
  • Check how recently the app was updated. An app that has not been updated for a year or more may lag behind Android versions and the web product. We note update dates below where relevant.
  • Calling and messaging. In India and many other markets, customers often prefer WhatsApp. Check built-in calling, call logging and messaging integrations, such as Kommo’s or Bitrix24’s WhatsApp channels.
  • Offline access and maps. Field sales teams need records available without a signal and, ideally, maps of nearby customers.
  • Team size and price. Several CRMs have free plans (HubSpot, EngageBay, Bitrix24); check user limits and which mobile features are paid.
  • Data and permissions. Lost phones happen. Look for app passcodes, remote sign-out and role-based access.

The 12 Android CRMs in detail

1. HubSpot CRM

HubSpot’s CRM is free for up to two users and 1,000 contacts, according to HubSpot, with paid editions for more advanced sales, marketing and service features. It includes email tracking, a meeting scheduler, live chat and a shared inbox. HubSpot’s Android app was updated in October 2026. As the original article said, it suits B2B and B2C businesses across many industries.

2. Kommo (formerly amoCRM)

amoCRM now trades as Kommo, and amocrm.com redirects to kommo.com. Kommo is built for selling through messaging apps: it brings WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Messenger conversations into one chat inbox linked to the sales pipeline, with Salesbot automation, broadcasting, booking and AI sales agents. The chatbot and messenger focus the original article described is now the product’s core. Its Android app is published by Kommo.

3. CentraHub CRM (now Focus Softnet)

CentraHub’s website now carries a notice that CentraHub is now Focus Softnet. The CRM covers marketing, sales, service and business process management, with campaigns, lead capture, tele-leads and lead assignment, and it can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise, as the original article said. On Google Play, the matching app from Focus Softnet is called Focus CRM; confirm with the vendor that it is the right app for your CentraHub account.

4. Bitrix24

Bitrix24 combines a CRM (leads, deals, contacts, pipelines and an omnichannel contact centre with live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, telephony and email) with tasks, projects, chat, video calls and file storage. You can start for free. Its Android app, “Bitrix24 CRM And Projects”, was updated in October 2026.

5. Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is an AI-assisted CRM that Zoho says more than 300,000 businesses use, with Zia AI agents and integrations across the Zoho suite and many third-party tools. A free trial is available. Its Android app, “Zoho CRM – Sales & Marketing”, was updated in October 2026, and Zoho also offers Bigin, a simpler CRM with its own app.

6. EngageBay

EngageBay is an all-in-one CRM for small businesses and start-ups, combining marketing automation, email marketing, landing pages, sales CRM, live chat and a help desk. It is free for up to 15 users with no credit card, according to its site. Its Android app was last updated in March 2025, so test it before relying on it for field work.

7. Freshsales

Freshsales is Freshworks’ sales CRM, which uses Freddy AI to help capture, qualify, route and track leads, with kanban deal views. You can start for free. Its Android app, published by Freshworks, was updated in July 2026. The original article mentioned one-click phone calls and an inbox that prioritises emails; check current mobile features in the app listing.

8. Salesflare

Salesflare is a B2B sales CRM for small and medium-sized businesses that, according to its app listing, keeps itself up to date by capturing contacts, companies, emails, meetings and relationship data, so reps spend less time typing, especially useful on a phone. Its Android app was updated in October 2026. Salesflare’s own website blocked our automated checks, so confirm current plans there.

9. Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a sales CRM for pipeline visibility and sales productivity. Zendesk says its mobile app gives full functionality, plus geolocation, so reps can manage deals from anywhere. The Android app, published by Zendesk, was updated in June 2026, and a free trial is available. It fits best for businesses already using Zendesk for customer support.

10. servis.ai (formerly FreeAgent CRM)

FreeAgent CRM’s website now redirects to servis.ai, and its Android app on Google Play is listed as “Servis.ai” by the developer FreeAgent CRM. servis.ai describes itself as a business operations platform that unifies CRM, service and internal workflows with AI, and it now targets industries such as healthcare, financial services, media and manufacturing. It is no longer the simple sales CRM the original article described, so check that it fits a sales-only team. It is unrelated to FreeAgent, the UK accounting software.

11. Thryv

Thryv is business management software for small local businesses. Its site lists a CRM, scheduling and appointments, estimates and invoices, automated payments (including ThryvPay), online listings, reputation and social media management, and lead generation. Thryv’s Android app is called Thryv Business Center. Thryv says free plans have limited functionality.

12. SalesNOW

SalesNOW, from Interchange Solutions Inc., is a mobile-focused CRM hosted in the cloud, with lead tracking and conversion, activities, teams and territories, GPS mapping of customers, offline access and Outlook integration. It is priced per user per month, according to its site. Its Android app was last updated in November 2024. The original article said SalesNOW could be deployed on-premise; its current site describes a hosted service.

Removed since our earlier version

  • GOT CRM: the gotcrm.com website now belongs to an independent CRM consultancy in Costa Rica, not the AI-powered CRM the original article described, so we could not confirm the product exists.
  • Onpipeline: still sold, but its website says it has chosen not to offer a mobile app and instead provides a fully responsive web version for mobile browsers. Because this list is about Android apps, we have removed it.
  • Agile CRM: its website describes an Android app, but we could not find Agile CRM’s own app on Google Play in October 2026 (a similarly named app there comes from a different developer), and its iPhone app was last updated in 2017. Agile CRM’s web product, which is free for up to 10 users, is covered in our main CRM guide.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best free CRM app for Android?

HubSpot (up to two users), EngageBay (up to 15 users) and Bitrix24 all offer free plans with Android apps. Free plans limit features or users, so check what your team will need.

Can I use a CRM on Android without an app?

Many CRMs work in a mobile browser, and some, such as Onpipeline, rely on that instead of an app. A native app is usually faster and better for calls, notifications and offline access.

Does a CRM app work offline?

Some do. SalesNOW, for example, advertises working offline. Test offline behaviour during your trial if your team visits areas with poor coverage.

How do I make sure an Android CRM app is genuine?

Install it from Google Play and check that the developer name matches the CRM company, as listed in our table. Similar app names from other developers are common.

For desktop-first CRM options, see our main guide to CRM systems for business. To connect calls and campaigns to your CRM, read about call tracking software, and for an all-in-one approach, compare business management software.

Product details were checked in October 2026 against each vendor’s official website, and Android apps against their Google Play listings. App features and update dates change often, so check the listing and the vendor’s site before you choose.
