How to Reach Chotila by Train, Flight, Air, Bus, Road
1. By Train
Chotila is not directly connected to the rail network. You just need to go through ‘Thangadh Junction’, half hour from the city of Chotila. You would get most of trains from Thangadh Railway Station. However, a few trains does not have stop here. You would get private vehicles from Thangadh to Chotila by road.
2. By Air/Flight
Obviously, Chotila does not have an airport and you just need to use either Rajkot Airport or Ahmedabad Airport. The distance between Rajkot Airport and Chotila is about 50 km, which may take up to 1 hour of driving. The condition of the road is excellent and you would not face any trouble.
3. By Bus
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has its own bus depot in the city. GSRTC has a good number of public buses from Rajkot, Surendranagar, Ahmedabad, Limbadi, and other parts of the state. Besides GSRTC buses, there are several bus operators from Rajkot and Ahmedabad, operates to and from Chotila. However, GSRTC buses are recommended due to safety issues.
